
On November 27th, 2025, at 8:22p.m. the Del Rio Police Department responded to the 800 block of East Gutierrez Street for a disturbance in progress.
Upon arrival police learned, several subjects left the area in a vehicle and were possibly heading to the area of Cienegas Terrace. Police made contact with a female victim who reported she was inside her residence when a known male and female arrived accompanied by other subjects.
The victim reported the male, and the female asked her to step out of her home to engage in a physical altercation. The female victim refused to exit her home and the subjects forced entry into her residence and assaulted her.

The female victim told police the suspects left the residence upon learning she had already called 911 for assistance and police were en route.
The subjects left the area in an unknown vehicle, removing several items from the victim prior to their departure. The female victim suffered injuries to her face and head. EMS was requested at the scene for a medical evaluation.
Information was aired out via police radio for other units to assist. Val Verde Sherriff’s Office Deputies located the suspects vehicle, and all occupants were taken into custody.
Salvador Ramos III; 24 years of age, Esgardo Arturo Gutierrez; 21 years of age, Ashley Nicole Castaneda; 24 years of age, and Leticia Correa Gutierrez; 49 years of age were arrested and charged with the offenses of Robbery and Burglary Intend other felony.
