Good morning,
I am writing to inform you that Del Rio News Network/Del Rio Now will cease operations beginning June 7, 2026. The business will enter a selling phase. For those who are interested in purchasing Del Rio Now/Del Rio News Network, email us at willardnrjenkins@gmail.com.
I want to thank those who believed in our mission and goals. For a time, we produced an advanced live morning show that set a new standard for quality and professionalism in Del Rio.
For another moment we were able to modernize the newspaper and bring back delivery. We even highlighted Del Rio’s best Meteorologist, Alexander G. Menchaca who to this day still provides top-tier weather coverage for OUR CITY!

We stand by our high social media/website statistics, young and diverse audience, and quality 100%.
We also want to thank anyone who advertised with us or supported us. Your belief in what Del Rio could be and sharing the importance of providing easy to understand updates and information to our growing community says a lot about you and your business!

Additionally, we understand that not everyone who subscribed to our newspaper in 2025 received their refund and we’d like to take some time to provide information on how you can submit a form to get it back. Please click on this form here to state your name, phone number, subscription plan, and address. We will get back to you in the coming months to get your money back to you.

As I step down from my role as President of Del Rio News Network, I hope to see you all again in a different capacity when I find my next venture that will help our city thrive and grow.
With much gratitude and appreciation,
Willard Jenkins
