Miss Del Rio 2026 Crowned

Out of 12 contestants in last night’s Miss Del Rio pageant, 5 made the royal court and only 1 emerged as Queen of the Queen City. Miss Del Rio 2026 is Jazel Sanchez.

Jazel is 18 years old and says she is passionate about supporting young teens reach their potential. Just moments after receiving the crown, Jazel shared with DRN her initial thoughts.

“I’m feeling so grateful that all my family is here, my friends are here, and everyone in my community is here, so I’m just so grateful,” Jazel said.

Held at the Enchanted Event Center, the interior decor of the pageant flaunted flamboyant sequence that shimmered brightly but not as bright as the 12 contestants, dubbed “delegates” by the sponsor of the pageant, the International Good Neighbor Council.

The delegates competed in five score categories: photogenic, panel interview, fitness wear, evening gown, and a final question. Below are the top scorers and newly crowned title holders of the 2026 Miss Del Rio royal court who are now official ambassadors of the City of Del Rio, Texas.

Miss Del Rio: Jazel Sanchez

Duchess, or 2nd runner-up: Hailey Alonso

Miss Congeniality: Vianka Diaz

Miss Photogenic: Naomi Cepeda
